The Agadir Convention Centre, proposed for Morocco by OMA in 1990, is perhaps one of the office's most iconic unbuilt projects. Its hotel was conceived horizontally, as a North African Medina, and is suspended above a dunes-shaped public plaza. The project's plans are particularly masterful. More.
